 Easy Homemade Chocolate Turtle Cake
1 cup chocolate chips
2 cups pecans
3/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 (14 ounce) bags caramels
1 1/3 cups water ( or as called for by your cake mix)
1/3 cup oil ( or as called for by your cake mix)
3 eggs ( or as called for by your cake mix)
1 (18 ounce) boxes German chocolate cake mix

Directions
Prepare cake mix as directed.
Pour 1/2 of the batter in a 13x9 inch pan.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
Remove and let cool.
In a double boiler, add carmels, milk and butter and stir constantly till melted.
Pour melted carmel over cooling cake.
Sprinkle on top 1 cup of pecans& chocolate chips.
Pour remaining batter on top and bake for an additional 20 minutes.

1 white cake mix
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 cup white sugar
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1/2 cup butter, softened
4 cups confectioners’ sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions: Elvis Presley Cake
Prepare cake according to instructions on package.
Bake in a 9×13 inch pan. (Or two 9″ Round Pans)
Allow to cool.
Make holes in cake with fork.
Combine pineapple and sugar in saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Spoon over cooled cake.

Directions for: Elvis Presley Cake Frosting
In a large bowl, cream butter and cream cheese until smooth.
Add powdered sugar and beat until smooth.
Add vanilla then Add pecans and mix well.
Spread cream cheese frosting over cake.

1/3 cup chopped green onion, to taste
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1 lb ground beef
1 loaf Italian bread, cut into 1 inch slices
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise ( not low-fat or lite)
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1 (28 ounce) jars spaghetti sauce
1 cup water
2 garlic cloves, minced

How to Make It

Preheat oven to 400.
In a bowl, combine onions, bread crumbs & Parmesan cheese.
Add beef & mix well.
shape into 1-inch balls; place on a rack.
In a shall baking pan, bake for 15-20 minutes or until no longer pink. (Or cook in a skillet on medium heat.).
Reduce oven temperature to 350.
Meanwhile, arrange bread in a single layer in an ungreased 13x9x2" baking dish.
(All of the bread might not be used.).
Combine cream cheese, mayo, Italian seasoning & pepper; spread over the bread.
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup mozzarella.
Combine sauce, water & garlic; add meatballs.
Pour over cheese mixture; sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
Bake, uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes or until heated through.

Chile Rellenos Casserole

Chile Rellenos Casserole
1/2 lb. beef
1/4 onion (chopped)
1 10 oz. can whole green chilies
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
2 eggs
3/4 cups milk
1/8 cup flour
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375F. Cook hamburger meat and onion. Drain, then add cumin, salt, and pepper.

Spray your pan lightly with non-stick cooking spray, then line the bottom of your pan with whole green chiles (chop extra green chiles for later).

Layer meat over green chiles. Top with cheese and chopped green chiles. Whisk together eggs and milk, then add flour and mix well. Pour this mixture over dish. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.

Serve right away while everything is hot and cheese is melted. Yum! enjoy with this recipe

Pioneer Woman’s Cinnamon Rolls
 DOUGH
1 quart whole milk
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sugar
2 packages active dry yeast
9 c. all-purpose flour
1 heaping teaspoon baking powder
1 scant teaspoon baking soda
1 Tablespoon salt
FILLING
2 c. melted butter, plus more as needed
1/4 c. ground cinnamon for sprinkling
2 c. sugar, plus more as needed

1. For the dough, heat the milk, vegetable oil, and sugar in a medium sauce pan over medium heat; do not allow the mixture to boil. Set aside and cool to lukewarm.
2. Sprinkle the yeast on top and let it sit on the milk for 1 minute.
3. Add 8 cups of the flour. Stir until just combined, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and set aside in a relatively warm place for 1 hour.
4. Remove the towel and add the baking powder, baking soda, salt, and the remaining 1 cup flour. Stir thoroughly to combine.
5. To assemble the rolls, remove half the dough from the pan. On a floured baking surface, roll the dough into a large rectangle, about 30×10 inches.
6. To make the filling, pour 1 cup of the melted butter over the surface of the dough. Use your fingers to spread the butter evenly.
7. Generally sprinkle half of the ground cinnamon and 1 cup of the sugar over the butter.
Feel free to taste anything left on the table. And in a swimsuit if you happen to have one handy. =)
8. Now, beginning at the end farthest from you, roll the rectangle tightly toward you. Use both hands and work slowly, being careful to keep the roll tight.
9. When you reach the end, pinch the seam together.
10. Transfer to a cutting board and with a sharp knife, make 1-1/2 inch slices. One log will produce 20 to 25 rolls.
11. Pour a couple of Tablespoons of melted butter into the desired pie pans or baking dishes and swirl to coat.
12. Place the sliced rolls in the pans, being careful not to overcrowd.
13. Repeat the rolling/sugar/butter process with the other half of the dough and more pans. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Cover the pans with a kitchen towel and set aside to rise on the countertop for at least 20 minutes before baking. Remove the towel and bake for 13 to 17 minutes, until golden brown. Don’t allow the rolls to become overly brown.
14. After the rolls come out of the oven allow them to cool for 5 minutes. While they are still warm drizzle the icing of your choice all over and spread evenly.

1 box yellow cake mix & ingredients to make cake .
2 box (small) instant banana pudding .
4 c milk .
8 oz whipped topping .
20 vanilla wafers, crushed .
sliced bananas - use your own judgment .

how to make it
First step prepare cake in a 9 x 13 pan be sure to follow the directions on box. One time is golden, move out from oven after that let cool for about 5 to 7 mins.
Step tow After all that and when just slightly cooled, you need to use the handle end of a wooden spoon to poke holes into the baked cake.And be sure , don't be shy; and next make the holes big enough for the pudding to seep into & go deep enough with the spoon that you hit the bottom of the pan.
Step 3 : Now after all that prepare pudding mixture. and mix 4 cups of milk & also pudding mix, then whisk till fully mixed & there are no lumps.
Step 4 : After all that and in this step pour pudding mixture over entire cake.Then next spread evenly, and filling all holes.
Step 5 : Now you need to refrigerate about 2 hs or till set.
Step 6 : Finally step , Now top using sliced banana, whipped topping, & also crushed vanilla wafers! Finally enjoye !.

Baked Spinach and Ricotta Rotolo

Baked Spinach and Ricotta Rotolo
 ingredients
8 fresh lasagne sheets (15cm/6" x 11cm/4.5")
½ cup Mozarella cheese, shredded
Freshly grated parmesan cheese, for serving (optional)

Filling
250g/8oz frozen spinach (pre chopped)
500g/1lb ricotta cheese
1 egg
⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 garlic clove, minced
¼ fresh nutmeg, grated (or ⅛ tsp nutmeg powder)
½ tsp salt
Black pepper

Tomato Sauce
700g/24oz passata (or substitute with tinned crushed tomatoes)
1 brown onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
Handful basil leaves (optional)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp salt
Black pepper

Instructions
Preheat oven to 180C/350F.

Tomato Sauce
Heat oil in a 22cm/9" ovenproof pan over medium high heat.
Add garlic and sauté for 10 seconds then add onion.
Cook onion until translucent and starting to turn golden, then add the remaining Tomato Sauce ingredients.
Simmer for 2 minutes to bring the flavours together, then remove from heat.
Scoop out 1 cup of the Tomato Sauce which will be used to drizzle over the dish at the end.

Filling
Defrost the spinach in the microwave on high for 2 minutes.
Squeeze the excess water out of the spinach using your hands, then place in a large bowl.
Add remaining Filling ingredients and mix well to combine. I find it easiest (fastest) to do this with my hands.

Assembling
As per the photo, lay out the lasagne sheet with the shorter end in front of you. The reason is that you want to roll these up so they are fatter than cannelloni.
Place ⅓ cup (packed) of filling onto the lasagne sheet. Dab some water on the end furthest away from you (to seal the roll), then roll up starting from the end closest to you. Finish with the seal down.
Continue with remaining lasagne sheets.
Cut rolls into 3 (so each piece is 3.5cm/1.5" wide).
Place the rolls into the tomato sauce with the filling facing up.
Drizzle the reserved Tomato Sauce over the rotolo, then bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and scatter the mozzarella over. Return to oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
